A lot of people were skeptical on this becoming a species, and GrimsleyCrow is probably the main reason I went ahead and made this a species XD

Anyway here's a descript and brief rarity trait chart-

Doughcats are small creatures made to strongly resemble pastries. They are very small and can fit into your hand. Young Doughcats are just frail tiny blobs that need tremendous amounts of heat in order to mature. Owners are recommended to let them sit in the oven overnight each night while they sleep during kitten-hood and adolescent stages. Once fullgrown they can live for up to 20 years before passing away. Sometimes they can be mistaken for actual pastries and may have chunks of their sweet flesh bitten out of them. They do not regrow skin however they have sugary jelly-like insides that grow to replace the wounds over time. This jelly inside can be any solid color. Their diet consists of mainly pure sugar, for their toothless(excluding some) mouths are too small to eat much else. If they do not eat regularly, the jelly inside them deteriorates. They will die if they lose all their jelly. Jelly can also deteriorate with old age. Doughdogs do exist, but are uncommon. Doughcats can have affixed genders, but cannot reproduce sexually.. Instead Doughcat couples will search the kitchens for right ingredients to make little batter kittens. However Doughcats somehow tend to receive similar traits from their parents, nevertheless. Yes, the kitchen is their favorite place to hang out. They also have an unnatural love for small boxes and also love to help retrieve ingredients for their owners and aide them while the cook.
